My story began as a young man who left home at 18 to be a snowboard bum and white-water river guide. Outdoor sports has been a constant part of my life, providing me with endless opportunities for self-reflection and growth.
 

Beyond my love for nature, my journey has also been one of personal discovery. After overcoming drug addiction with ibogaine therapy at age 25, I had the unique experience of co-operating an ibogaine treatment center in Mexico. This allowed me to witness the profound impact of psychedelics on people's lives first-hand.
 

I've had the honor of working as the Communication Director with the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), participating in groundbreaking research and advocacy in the psychedelic space. I've been the Executive Director of The Seasteading Institute and co-founded Blue Frontiers, ventures that explored sustainable communities at sea.
I’ve organized massive conferences, and multi-day adventures and masterminds in foreign countries.
 

Inside-Out Journeys is the fruition of my vision to combine my love for nature, adventure, community and psychedelics. Here, I've created “Randy's Psychedelic Adventure Camp” - a remarkable experience designed to help you feel more connected to the natural world and your inner self, while making friends and participating in exhilarating activities.
 

As a leader, I pride myself on maintaining a relaxed demeanor while ensuring that every detail is meticulously attended to. Whether it's adjusting plans due to unexpected weather or ensuring that each participant feels secure during the outing, my focus is on creating an environment that's as enriching as it is fun.
